Shipping and Delivery

We use Australia Post and Sendle to deliver our packages. 

We offer FREE postage on all orders over $100!

Time Frames  

We do our best to have orders out same or next business day however maximum it will be packed and sent within 3 business days of purchase. When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number. 

Delivery times are out of our control once your order has been sent. Estimated delivery times vary based on particularly busy times of year such as Christmas and Easter or where you are shipping too.

We love getting parcels as much as you guys so we promise to always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible!

Pickup

If you are located near Brisbane we offer free Local Pickup from our 4017 location. Please select the 'Pickup' option at checkout. We will touch base and let you know where to pick up and arrange a convenient time. 

Packaging

We really love stocking products that are natural and sustainably made and therefore we also aim to be environmentally conscious throughout the process of delivering them to you.

We proudly reuse shipping boxes and filler as much as possible so you will often find your products in boxes of all shapes and sizes! We also use home- compostable mailers as well for the smaller packages (see more here: https://heropackaging.com.au/).

We also greatly encourage you to reuse our packaging again either for shipping or play!

We use Sendle as one of our couriers who are 100% carbon neutral. for every package Sendle send, they counterbalance the carbon emissions caused by package delivery and invest in positive environmental initiatives.
